Skills Needed to create a Website

There actually are a few skills needed to create a website.

I am amazed at how people think they can make money online without any skills.

While internet marketing isn't so complicated, it does require abilities.

The very FIRST thing one needs to do is to learn how to create a webpage.

The good thing is that in IM you are not required to create a complicated website. A ONE-page website is all you need to get started.

I personnaly use Kompozer which is free and let me do all I need to do without any technical stuff. Anyone can use that software. You can download it at www.kompozer.com

Once you can build a 1-page website, you need to work out a plan, see the big picture, how you are going to make money.

The most simple way will be to use someone else's product through an affiliate programm.
You will sell THEIR product and get paid a commission as a reward.

Now is where people can go wrong. Some will try to sell directly on their webpage.

You need to use your webpage to build a list, then you will sell the product to this list, only once they got to know you and trust you.

The key is to deliver, re-deliver and deliver again before you try to sell anything to anyone.

In order to build a list you need to give away a free gift (eBook, report, video, ecourse...) that you can either create or get PLR for it.

People will need to Opt-in to get the free stuff and they will be automatically added to your list.

Of course you need a autoresponder in order to do that. Aweber is great!

You can then program your autoresponder to send out emails on a regular basis. those emails will be of good value for people to be anger to open them. After a few days, you can start to promote a product that will make you money.

Once you’ve done this, it will work on autopilot. Think about it, anyone who signs up for your free gift will be automatically sent the emails you have programmed only once!

Now you are ready to start. Your business opens its door. The next thing you need is people to come in. Traffic generation is the next thing you’ll need to learn.

But first things first. Create your website and program your autoresponder.

Traffic is the last thing you need to worry about for now.
